Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any service cancellation
All cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee amounting the total cost of the schedule service

After arriving 10 minutes late of your set appointment time it’s an additional $15
If you are more 15 minutes late for your service we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, we will need to charge a cancellation fee which is 50% of your service total.
